• Emphasis on independent skills & team play

• Challenging Negative Thoughts & our inner voices

• Giving players a sense of achievement both on and off the field

• Teaching both lacrosse & self-esteem skills 

• Setting goals, celebrating efforts, embracing imperfection/uniqueness while paving way for success​
